Forest therapy is a combination of healing forest techniques that merge the benefits of mindfulness , creativity and nature to create a calm mind, a healthy body, and a peaceful life and thereby improving your well-being . Present research work presents the interrelationships amongst the various success factors for the successful conduct of forest bathing or forest therapy with the help of qualitative approach of ISM methodology.
